Juvenile leaves on Sarracenia dying

Hi,

I have just noticed that on my S.flava "red throat" the new
pitcher it is producing are curling over when they reach
about an inch in height, and start to shrivel. This is worrying
me, as a while back I lost an S.leucophylla that was exhibiting
the same problem. It can't be the Rogor, as I only used that
the other day, and the plant was doing it then as well. Could
this be a side affect of mealy bugs attacking the plant? If
they are, they must be in the roots, as all I have observed
above the ground is their white fruss (I think thats the right
terminology!) The peat mix it is in also looks rather slimy,
and I think repotting will be in order soon.

Thanks,

Russell Elliott
