I thought I could contribute a bit to this problem. I guess there are no
visable limbs or heads on the critters, are there ?
I have reared Siamese fighting fish last year and the baby fish were so
satisfied with the black critters found sort of hanging on and sometimes
swimming in their tank. They're a tiny bit larger than daphnia, but the baby
fish simply love it.
I use 20% pond water, 50% rainwater and about 30% tapwater in the tank, so I
suspect the critters came from the pond.
Happy CPing !
