While sitting at the doctor's office waiting room and flipping through
magazines I came across a report of an 18 year old Westinghouse Science
Talent Search winner named Vezen Wu who (here you go Madeleine!) identified
and isolated a compound in his CP's that stops bacterial growth in the
plant. His research was hailed as a possible lead for life-saving new
medicines. He's been collecting CP's for five years.
Congratulations Mr. Wu!
