New CP Chat Room

I took the CP chat room offline because of problems with the Global Chat
software. Bottom line is that the Global Chat software was lousy.

I wrote a new chat software system to replace it. We just launched it
on a number of radio station web sites this week and it is working well.

I will build the CP chat room later today and should have it online
Tuesday evening, East Coast U.S. time.

I will send another note to the CP listserv as soon as the site is
ready.
