Racist Comment about Plant Collectors

Paul Temple's articles mentioning the nationalities of illegal plant
collectors shouldn't be taken as racist. When a particular nation has
high disposable income and freedom to travel, the few rotten eggs
surface. We Brits caused immeasurable damage last century with our
depradations, and doubtless other nations will also take their turn.
However the human race is slowly learning, and the current nations
providing the prevalent rotten eggs are also noteworthy for having
particularly strong eco-awareness and conservation movements.
