I just got mine yesterday also.

I'm not sure if Steve followed our normal mailing procedure this time,
but CPN is usually delivered in bulk by airmail to a vendor in Europe.
>From there, the mail travels by surface. It is actually common for
European members to get their CPN's before me in California.
Please go ahead and vote anyway - I'm sure Steve will keep counting up
until the last possible moment to get the announcement in the Dec. CPN.
We ended up about 2 weeks behind schedule encouraging candidates to come
forward.
I think it was worth the wait!
