Subject: Nepenthes: highland or lowland

Is there any way to tell whether a nepenthes species is a highland or
lowland type. I live in Brisbane, Australia, and I can grow highland
nepenthes outside, without any special aparatus, but the winters are a
tad nippy for the lowland species, so I'd like to make sure the plants I
get are either highland, or are hybrids with some highland species in
them. I know the common ones from Cheers' book, but if they're not
listed there I'm lost. The CP database also doesn't appear to have that
info.
