        Yes, quite alright. Just be sure that the crickets are
'clean'. Your plants are what they eat, so if the cricket is
carrying some other nasty toxin with it (crickets will eat
anything), this will be transferred to your plant. The ones in
the pet-stores are the best.

        I remember someone saying last year how they wiped
out a few plants by feeding wild caught pillbugs. I think
it was some virus or fungus.

        Anyways, I've always fed my larger plants mealworms
(Tenebrio larvae) with no ill effects.
