I tried growing Sarracenia indoors under grow lights with only
mixed success. S. purpurea grew well under a quad fixture. However,
The tall Sarrs; flava, lueco.; minor all tended to grow spindly and
fall over before the pitchers matured. Putting the plants outside
solved this problem. If you can't put them outside a south facing
windowsill will do.
By the way I dispensed with my enclosed terrarium years ago. The
humidity in the east (US) is high enough to make an enclosure
unnecessary for Sarrs.
