Yes - let them flower, pollinate them, collect the seed, grow it!
You don't actually have to bother doing the last 3 if you don't want,
but the flowers are fascinating, and indeed pretty in the case of
the butterworts - getting flowers is all part of the reason I bother
growing the plants. I doubt that flowering will have any effect on
the longevity of the plants - Sarracenia and Darlingtonia are
perennial, and are designed to flower each year.
