I've often seen requests for CP books on this list, and I would like to recommend a bookshop to everybody.

It is a non-specialist shop, but the owner - Mr. N. Crampton - is excellent at finding any book which is still in print.
He has acquired many obscure books for me within 24 hours, and he often deals with international enquiries.
