 Dave,

I know this question wasn't directed at me, but heres my 2 cents.

 Mine flower like crazy all year until winter. During winter they
look a bit ragged, but they soon pick up again. Mine are in a very
humid environment with my Nepenthes in a fairly shady position.
There is obviously adequate light, since my N.alata "striped" has
dark red "stripes"(wonder why :-) ) down the pitchers.

 I grow mine in a 50/50 peat sand mix, but I will be changing to
pure spaghum soon.
