Thanks all for your answers !

I changed the small container for a larger one ( 3 times larger ! ), and
doing that, I saw some orange eggs in the compost ( snail eggs ? )

Then, I think that from now on, I'll systematically change the container
and a part of the compost when I'll buy a plant...
