Subject: Water in pitchers

My fist S. leucophylla has been open for a few weeks now, and it is
really starting to catch things. Currently, a couple beetles are trying in
vain to get out. What I'd like to know is, how high should the water be
inside the pitcher. Looking in, I can't really see any water at all.
