Hi, a few people have been wondering about the nutritional value of
insects. Though I can't prove it, I would think that earth worms would
be the best thing to feed Venus Fly Traps and Sarr's. The entire
organism is digested, no remains to attract unwanted insects, and leaves
more space for additional insects in the Sarr's.
