Subject: What kind of lights?

Dear list-

I have just ventured into the world of growing CP with artificial
lighting. I have assembled some equipment, but was not sure about what
kind of light bulbs to use. Would someone please give their
opinion/advice on what kind of bulbs to use. Thank you very much.
