I would like to apologize for my recent behavior on the CP-list.
Not only does my netiquette leave much to be desired, but so does the
way I respond to postings; I seem to have read people's postings (I
get the digest form), and start typing my response right away without
thinking it through or doing much proof-reading to ascertain the
degree of defensiveness and rudeness that my postings sometimes
contained.
Paul Burkhardt was correct in his statements about light; my
argument was based on a misunderstanding of his responses to my
postings, and I took an overly-aggressive stance in my responses.
Hopefully in the future I can work on my netiquette and not take
things so personally and defensively, and not "shoot first, ask
questions later", so to speak, when posting my replies.
I hope that the lesson I have learned in netiquette will offer
the potential for all on the CP-list to once again regard me in a
favorable or neutral light.
Sincerely,
drake@erols.com
