Dear Fernando,
Could you describe the weird growth cycle of D.paradoxa and
how it differs from D.petiolaris? The last time I
corresponded with Allen on this he mentioned he had to study
it some more in habitat to gain insight into its growth
habit before he could publish it. Plants which I have kept
warm and under artificial light all year round have
continued to grow. Those which I left in my cool houses this
autumn have gone into a state of dormancy forming a 'hairy
bud' reminiscent of some of the dormant pygmy Drosera.I am
hoping that this dormancy period will cause them to flower
in the next growing season.
Kind regards
Loyd
