This letter has me wondering about importing living plant materials...
I know this may not apply to the UK, but I have sent living Drosera
plants to other countries packaged in living Sphagnum moss with no
soil included. The soil is what I believed to be the problem with
importing plants and without it they went through just fine. Of course,
for species listed on endangered lists other paper work and permits
are needed!
