Subject: Heliamphora Question

Hello all,

Are heliamphora self fertile? I've got an H nutans that is just starting to
spike (odd time of year no?) and was wondering if I should bother to try to
pollinate the flower. If it can be done, any suggestions on process? I
would assume they are not too structurally different from Sarracenia seeing
how they are related.
