Dear CP'ers,
due to the diskussion now about my film I will give you some further
informations which I yust get from the german TV-channel ZDF - which was not
easy. This channel has all rights and is selling the film - I see not one
penny from these sellings :-( The film (54 min.) was sold so far to the
following TV channels: Germany: ZDF; National Geografic in Latin Amerika,
UK, Australia, New Zealand, East Europe. Further contracts will be made in
near future, e.g. with France.
I am not able to get any 'on the air' dates. (Sorry for the U.S.C.P.-er's
but the ZDF told me, they have had 'no interest')
The rights for the Videomarket have been sold to Time Life for the following
states: France, french Switzerland, french Belgium, Qu\351bec, french Canada,
Brasil, Italy, Australia and New Zealand. Further states will follow in near
future. I think that they don't start with the sellings so far.
Yes, since Fernando has outed me................I am on the list since many
years but due to my very limited time I have only the chance to be a
'passive' member. Sorry for that.
I wish all CP-er's a happy christmas and a lot of CP-fun for 1998,
especially to all my personal friends out there!! Without the help of these
specialists I would have never been able to bring this project to an
succesfull end.
It was a great pleasure to work with you - thanks again!! (and sometime it
was hard work for all, e.g. to film swimming ant's in Nep. pitchers with a
16 mm camera in the hot and rainy jungle)
