Subject: Drosera madagascariensis var major

Greetings all,

Robert Gibson here again in Cape Town with some thoughts on the robust,
green madagascariensis-like sundews from Magaliesberg. Could these be
what Burtt Davy described, in 1926, as var major? Eric Green grows some
of these robust plants, which came from the same area as the type
location. I have also seen very similar plants growing under the name of
sp "Botswana". Food for thought.
