Hi Charles!

I recently picked up 3 shop light fixtures at Home Depot
that are 5.5 inches wide for my new Heli tank. I believe
they were less than 10.00 each. The brand was Lithonia
from Lithonia Lighting company. These only hold 2 tubes,
but 2 fixtures side-by-side will meet you 14 inch requirement.
