Incidentally, there will be such an article in the March 98 issue of
CPN (there was such a text in CPN as early as 1979, already). But
anyway, everyone breeding plants for the purpose of distribution
should be aware of the ICNCP just like everyone who drives a car must
know the (few and intellegible) rules of traffic regulation.
