I purchased this book recently in a discount store in Amsterdam for
about $15. It has 6 pages on cps, including a centerfold spread of
Sarracenia purpurea and brief descriptions of most major forms of cps.
There are also small photos of Darlingtonia californica and Nepenthes x
chelsonii as well as a beautiful full page photo of N. rafflesiana.

The book has 228 pages and has sections on many plant groups that are
popular home cultivation topics.
