        20% strength MS medium with 100% vitamins and 20g/L sucrose does the
        trick for most Drosera (including capensis,) and Mexican Pinguicula
        (though I've not tried sharpii.) I find 65% Knudsons C a good
        alternative to the MS too (vitamins and sucrose as above.) No
        need for buffering or hormone tweaking. I've a feeling capensis
        would grow in almost anything! :-)
