Subject: Nepenthes

Just a aouple of quick questions about Nepenthes. I read somewhere that if
you remove the odd pitcher when it first appears, the following pitcher will
be larger. How true is this? I only have 3 Nepenthes and all I got was
several ugly, 'pitcherless'(?) leaves, followed by pitchers of the same size
as the others.
