OK, being in Canada and using the metric system, I have a simple rule for
converting C to F. Double it and add Thirty. So if the temp is 5C then
5+5=10 + 30 = about 40F, example 2. 20C = 20+20+30= about 70F.

Nice thing is, is that this formula can also be applied to a number of other
simple conversions. For instance.

To purchase US currency with Canadian Dollars. Suppose I want to buy 50 US$
the cost....
      50 + 50 +30 = $130.00 Canadian!!!! :-)

We also sell beer in metric, observe.... a six pack in metric would be
6 + 6 +30 = 42 metric beers in a Canadian Six Pack ;-) Gotta love
metric!!!!!
