Subject: ICPS Seedbank

I noticed that in the last issue of CPN, the "$1 per packet of seeds" in the
seedbank section had been omitted. This also is noticable in the ICPS
Seedbank web-site. If anyone knows why this was done and what it means, I'd
be happy to hear from you (especially if it means free seeds! :-) Thanks.
