Subject: CPN late this quarter: Extension to Nomination Deadline

Announcement

Due to problems with CPN's bulk mailer service, the March issue of CPN
was shipped unacceptably late. As a result, many ICPS members did not
learn about the upcoming ICPS election and Call for Nominations until
after May 1, the deadline for submitting election platforms!

If you want to run for an officer or board position, please send a 250
word election statement to Rick Walker (walker@opus.hpl.hp.com) for
publication in CPN. The revised deadline is August 1.

Please consider running for office. Your help is very much wanted,
appreciated and needed! Thanks.
