Subject: Underdeveloped Sarrs?

I recently purchased some S. minor (about a month ago). I have 3 plants and
all of them are growing fast. Two of them look great. The problem is with
the third one, it is growing tall but the tops of the pitchers are not very
big, and the cap that usually covers them is virtually non-existant. Has
anyone seen this problem before? What can I do about it?
