I went to Stan Lampard's UK CPS Open Day on Saturday, and was extremely
jealous when I saw he had Drosera lasiantha in flower - large iridescent
mauve flowers, definitely on the A-list for pygmy growers. When I got
home I checked my colonies and found one of mine had come out in
sympathy too!
Thanks Loyd, for the exhibition of the Pinguicula longifolia/mundi complex. I
predict this one will run and run until the DNA wallahs tackle it.
Congratulations to the ICPS conference organisers - feedback from
attendees I spoke too was extremely positive. And if you get the chance
to buy a copy of Thomas Carow's 1999 CP Calendar, grab it! It is
magnificent, and bound to become a collector's item.
