The latest Nature (v. 393, 18 June, p. 639), under the caption Floral
Prints, shows a reproduction of one of the colored painting of
Nepenthes pervillei by Rosemary Wise. She is the artist working with the
Univ. of Oxford 1985 expedition of botanists to the remote Seychelles.
It's from a recently published book: A Fragile Eden: Portraits of the
Endemic Flowering Plants of the Granitic Seychelles, by Princeton
University Press ($75).
