I wish to thank Barry, Jan, Steve, and all the others who have helped
with ICPS administration. The task of improvement is a daunting
one, and the work is being done by volunteers who receive little
(if any) remuneration for all the personal time spent.

Their work is bearing fruit--it looks like things are
getting better all the time. :-)
