Also, I have several semi-highland Neps that need lower temperatures
at night than we have here in GA. Any suggestions on how to bring the
temperature down or make it bearable for them since it typically stays
in the 70s?

If you grow them in a greenhouse try an evaporative cooler. These units cool
the air by passing water vapor through a fan. I'm sure any good greenhouse
supply company has at least one model on hand.

Your other option is growing them in a cool basement under growlights. I use
very tall 20 and 30 gallon tanks to accommodate the size of the plants.
Works great for Heliamphora and Darlingtonia too! I manually mist them with
a spray bottle in the evening to increase the humidity and simulate their
natural rainforest habitat.
