Subject: Nep pitcher growth

Being relatively new to Neps, I would like to know how fast typical
pitchers grow. As of now I have madagascariensis, thorelli,
ventricosa, and sanguinea (all small, but growing ). My
madagascariensis has had a developing pitcher for a while (several
weeks) but it does not seem to be getting bigger. Any suggestions? Am
I doing anything incorrectly? They are being grown in a 50/50
peat-vermiculite soil with fairly bright but not direct light. They
are also in a quite humid area and are misted quite often as they are
outside under a greenhouse with shade cloth.

Thanks

Paul
