Laurent,
Soaking seed of tuberous Drosera species in gibberellic acid for 24
hours seems to be quite effective at coaxing the seed to germinate.
Expect to wait several months before you see signs of germination.
Untreated seed can take up to a year to germinate and often it never
appears.
If you get no germination it is always worth trying the seed for a
second season. Allow the pot of seeds to dry out over the summer months
re-wetting them around October. This replicates the natural conditions
and even if the seeds germinated in the summer (unlikely since cold
seems to be one of the stimulants to germinate) the seedlings would be
unlikely to survive the hot weather for two long.
Hope this helps.
