Subject: Feeding Insects into Nep Pitcher

Hello,

I am a newbie in growing Neps and, for the first time, one of my four Neps
has produced a pitcher.

My questions are: when can I start feeding insects into this pitcher? And,
what insects are appropriate and what are no-no's?
