Subject: Heliamphora's resting period

Here are some questions about the resting period of Heliamphora nutans:
First: does H. nutans need a resting period? If so, what does resting mean?
Is it giving less water or lower temperatures? How long shoud a resting
period continue and what is the best time of year for it (northern
hemisphere)?
By the way, it's flowering beautifully right now!
