Subject: Sarracenia problem

Hi Everyone,

Its been a verrryyy long time since I last posted a question regarding
my plants! Anyway, here goes. Some of my Sarracenia are showing strange
deformations that I haven't seen before. Mealy bugs have been trouble
in the past, but I think I have their populations down to a minimum.

Many of the pitchers have a wrinkled appearance, and
have a brown/red burnished colouring. The new pitchers emerging are
affected the most, and on the older, mature pitchers only the tops
are affected. I'm worried that it could be some kind of virus
transmitted by the mealy bugs. Anyone seen this before/have any
possible solutions?

It seems to be affecting Sarracenia flava, S. minor, S. rubra and
S. alata the most.

Thanks,

        -Russell
