Hi Ed,

Concerning light for Neps, I don't know if only regular bulbs work well
enough. I've also heard that they should. As for me, most plants grow in
terrariums, where there's absolutely no natural light. Therefore I use
one daylight tube along with one full spectrum tube (over in Europe, the
best I know are "Triton", British made). The tubes are approx. 20 cm
away from the plants. At least 60 nep species grow very well under these
conditions!
