what have you tried?
liquid malathion works, and i used to use a pesticide that was readymade in
a spray bottle. could be the pesticide you've been using is too weak and the
little pests have built up a resistance. generally when using
fungicides,pesticides,make sure they aren't copper based. or you'll be in
trouble!
