D.regia has been successfully tissue cultured and deflasked. A
paper by Janssens, J. 1986. Med. Fac. Landbouw. Gent 51(1)61-65, describes
the technique. If you're really interested in getting a hold of this
paper (took a while through ILL), let me know.
I also know of a source near here (in Seattle) which has
successfully tissue cultured D.regia, and, I think has successfully
planted it out.

I'll let you know in a while. I've got Darlingtonia 'Othello' in
culture right now. Plants are responding well to conditions similar to
those used for Sarracenia. They've got to put on a bit more size before
I'll consider deflasking though.
