Subject: VHO Lights

I've read in the past few days about raising plants up to the bulbs...well I
was about to buy a 4 foot VHO (Very High Output) Twin Bulb florescent
fixture, output is 120 watts (instead of 40), has anyone had luck with these
fixtures before I shell out $90 for them? They aren't easy to find. Most pet
stores don't have them, you will actually have to call lighting
companies..... anyway, I look forward to any responses!
