Subject: Nepenthes seed germination

I have successfully germinated N.ventricosa from seed and grown the
seedlings on to mature plants. I use 50/50 perlite and vermiculite,
keeping the mix constantly moist, and under strip-lights. I hit the
seedlings with a quarter strength fertilizer every two weeks or
so. I repot into normal nepenthes compost when the plants are
about an inch across.
