Subject: Fluorescent lights

Hi,

This might be off-topic, but I just set up a couple of fluorescent
lights for some seeds I'm growing. Both fixtures are working, but
one of them is making alot of noise, like the hum one often hears
from these lights, but extremely loud. Does anyone out there know
why this might be happening and what I could do about it? (I'm
going to have to change the ballast aren't I?)
