Subject: Dish Gardens

Does anyone have experience with CP dish gardens. I want to make some to
sell. I read they doe best in plastic containers, but I prefer the look of
real terra cotta. Any opinions of this?
I'm thinking containers that are 12-14 incles in diameter and maybe 5" deep.
Any other advice in successful dish gardens?
