Subject: Cephalotus Follicularis

It is almost a yea since i bought my Cephalotus Follicularis. It
had good healthy pitchers as the start and for some unknown reason
all the pitchers died. Now it's only got its leaves. The pitchers
don't seem to be growing back.

Does anyone know what is happening and how to solve the problem?
