Subject: white worms, HELP!

Hi list, I have some problems with some little white worms who eaten
           without pity all my Sarr and cobra lily seedlings...
           seems very hungry because i find everyday new damages...
           when i find some of them i squish them but they are very
           tiny (~3mm long) and i'm sure that a lotof these pests
           are hidden . Any advises on how to make them disappear
           the surface of the planet... or just my indoor grow
           area, it would just be ok;). Thanx and take care.
