Subject: P.agnata dying help!

Hi, I receive a P.agnata there's few month and since i receive it,
it don't stop to deperish... leafs turning yellow then die, the
borders are black and it stop growing... Can anyone help me before
it's get too late? Perhaps my soil is not good... say me your exp.
